This project added a complete second story containing four bedrooms and three baths to a mid-century bungalow in Lawrence Park. The design seamlessly extensions the existing structure upward without looking like an addition.
Structural Engineering
The first-floor walls were stripped and reinforced, and new steel columns were sunk into the basement foundation. The exterior finishes feature custom-dyed brickwork and mock-Tudor half-timbering that matches the main floor perfectly.
